This rerun is releasing on the precise 5yr anniversary of its original release - in other words, this celebration of St. John's 40th birthday, featuring his wife, both his kids, both his parents, and his brother is re-releasing on St. John's 45th birthday!
Also, it is the second of a trilogy of music blocks (the first of which was last month's rerun), which, if not already clear to long-time listeners of the show will be explained in the intro to the third track of the trilogy, which will be our March 2025 rerun. So stay tuned til next month's rerun!

Today, I have two special announcements for you - actually, three (though only the first two appear in the announcement recording)! Apologies for how awkward and unscripted this recording is:
- The first is a repeat of the all-call, calling our listeners away from Spotify - redundant, but worth repeating!
- The second is an all-call to the listeners to get me tracks (see the links below to relevant documents and/or episodes). More deets in the announcement recording!
- Also, a last-minute third announcement (again, not included in the announcement recording): now that Ch 2 is over, I’ve decided to resurrect the deprecated process of sharing re-runs of older episodes, like we used to do in years past. I’ll plan on doing one re-run a month, though reserve the right to do more or less than that on occasion based on circumstances.
The first rerun will be a separate upload, but it is the first of a trilogy of episodes, which will make sense when you hear the intro to the final of the three, which I will plan on re-running in March. Long time listeners of the show will probably know what the February and March rerun episodes will be once they see what this month’s rerun is. :-)

Special Notes: The final "regular" episode of Nerd Noise Radio - Channel 2! :-( There will still be the C2R4 Season 4 retrospective, and almost certainly a one-off “Series Finale” in early 2025. But of “plain Jane, run of the mill, ordinary episodes”....yeah, this is the very last one - which makes it really sad for St. John, and also very heavily influenced the selection of his tracks, which bias very heavily towards emotional, sentimental, heart-tugging pieces, and also bias very heavily towards tracks from games he actually beat growing up back in the day. :-(
